New Play Land Nursery

Lovely Environment, Teachers and Administration. ON major bus routes and walking distance from the Bus Terminal.

Very unprofessional and negligent. They are responsible for retrieving my child from the school bus after school and on multiple occasions they failed to pick her up and the bus driver had to take her back to her school where she waited up until after 5 pm to be picked up. Some staff members and the supervisor are very rude, especially whenever you try to address issues with the service they provide. They are very dismissive and pretty much have shown no care in corrrecting their mistakes.

After reading the negative reviews I was hesitant to use this daycare but went ahead because of the location. I have very pleasantly surprised. The staff have been wonderful and very professional. I have a special needs child and every one has gone above and beyond to make him feel included. The staff have been great about helping him meet his milestones and I have never heard a single complaint about the extra work involved with his care. A very positive experience!

Not a good place to keep kids. Some employees are not well behaved , environment is not nice.

Absolutely do not recommend New Playland Nursery

I absolutely do not recommend New Playland Nursery School. The supervisor there gave me very unpleasant experience.
