Salon And The City

Went in for a a hair colour before our vacation. I wanted a lighter shade of brown. I left with orange hair. I returned in tears. More colour was applied, I cried the entire time. I knew my hair was ruined. I got home and inspected further, greys are very visible, my hair which was dark brown is now orange. See pic. And I paid full price. I look like a clown. No chance to fix this. They are closed Sunday and Monday. I leave on vacation on Tuesday .
