I BOUGHT A COUPON FOR THIS WINTER BUT THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP IN SPITE OF REPEATED MAILS
PLEASE DO NOT BUY OR GO FOR ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION
They did not show up to clear the snow. I bought their service as a gift to my dad but my dad had to clean the snow anyway. They were very responsive to sell their services but unresponsive when it came time to do the job. I tried calling and emailing many times with no response. They responded 4 days after snowfall to say they had a problem and would send me a gift card. I didn't get the gift card. Long story short. Very very unhappy with their Company.
SnowEasy is the worst service provider. Much like the reviewers here on the page they did not show up to clear snow and when we tried to call it went straight to voice mail. They also claimed a reimbursement but haven't heard from them since. Pretty sure this is going to be their last season in "business"
I had the same experience. Did not turn up to remove my snow.
I was also offered apologies and the $50.00 compensation.
It did not arrive. I presume I will be doing my own shovelling this winter and will not see my money.
I wish I could give less than one star. We ordered snow removal for the season. Five days after the first snow storm and a footof snow in the driveway they had not showed up. I've tried repeatedly to get a refund, but had resort to contacting my credit-card company.
I wish we could have given no stars. We had the same experience as others who have reviewed on this site. We were fortunate because we purchased our contract through Groupon, and they happily refunded our money after SnowEasy didn't show up. We got the same $50 compensation offer, but we told them not to send us anything. We would absolutely NOT recommend this business. (oh, and one of the employee's names is Zain, so I have a feeling that the glowing 5-star review here is from him.)
Completely unreliable and un trust worthy company. They never showed up in snow strom and took full payment in advance. Please do not do business with this Company. They lured my by giving initially $50 compensation then it came to $25 then now they don't pick up the phone. My money is taken in advance and no refund is yet done. It is a very frustrating experience and one should not do any business with them.
I would give no star if it was an option. Haven't received any snow shovelling service last time it snowed and this time with snow over our knees. Just get generic answer over the phone saying wait a couple hours. We waited till now and no show still. First time trying out this company and will definitely not hire this company again in the future. We will be patient and see if snow will be cleared and driveway salted by tonight. Otherwise we will get refund and put this hassle behind.
SnowEasy was fast and arrived on time! After years of searching for the right snow removal service in an area with harsh winters I have now received excellent service. I would recommend them to a friend and will be renewing my contract in the years to come. A++
found SnowEasy online last year. The snow was cleared promptly and with a high level of care. On multiple occasions one of their guys would knock on our door to allow our staff to move their vehicles before they started plowing. They took the time to carefully pile the snow so that we could maintain as many parking spots as we could. Great job guys, we will be contracting you again.
I was looking for a snow removal contract for this season and I came across this company, SnowEasy. Got the best deal in town!! Every year we had been paying $600-$700 for the seasonal snow removal contract. But this year we paid only $390, that too in 2 easy payments. Call them, before they sell out for the season.
