Not even worth one star!I have been a customer here since 1983 but something has changed. Customer service is no longer their strength. Worst example is that I was recently dispensed someone else's medication! And it was dated incorrectly as well. Just sloppy and potentially deadly! Their response was shoulder shrugging and an apology! But what are they going to do about it? Will this happen again?

Always a smile and a friendly greeting when you enter. Parm, Rizzel, and Allie are anxious to help you, find products to suit your needs. When you ask for advice about a medication, they usually have ready reliable information, or will find an answer to help out. I am always impressed by how happy they are to be doing what they do!

Fast - Friendly - Efficient

Went this morning for a new prescription for my wife. I was greeted by name and asked about my health and my wife's health. In and out in about 4 minutes and I felt like my business was appreciated. They follow up with our doctors when our prescriptions come up for renewal and check the records to see if we are due for a refill even when we come in for an over-the-counter product. Woodlands Pharmacy is what a community based business should be.

My Favourite Pharmacy

I go to Woodland for all of my prescriptions! The staff there is so friendly and willing to help! I was really sick recently and the pharmacist spoke to me over the phone and told me everything I needed to know, and had it delivered that same day! I love their new renovation as well. Everything looks so nice and modern. I get a lot of my lotions, shampoos etc from there as well. They actually have quite a good selection. Most of all I love their service and their staff is so caring.
