Phoned to inquire the cost to service my furnace. I was told by some fellow that it would be $90.00 plus tax. When I got my bill it was $164.00 plus tax. Called the office and told them about the amount I was told and they said that my water heater was serviced as well. I told the lady at the office I wouldn't have the water heater serviced as I was replacing it. The lady I talked to ask me for the name of the person who told me the cost would be $90.00. Never deal with them again.

I hired them to install a bathtub and tub surround. Cancelled on me 3 times, then when they did show up the work that was done was so shoddy our bathtub is unusable. 1 month of trying to get them to come fix it, the rude staff at their office continue to argue with me and claim no responsibility for the damage and poor instillation job. They have left my wife and 3 young children without a way to properly bathe in our own home and expect me to pay them labour and materials to fix their mistake!
