    I just bought a used car so I went in for an oil change, while they were changing it one employee came over to me and told me to come look under my car, he showed me how rotted the fuel filter was and how dirty my differential oil was. They checked all my other fluids and were actually pretty quick getting it all changed and the new fuel filter on. All done for a fair price too.

    do not reccomend

    make sure you make an apt! Clearly on their website it says "NO APPT NECESSARY" . I went in yesterday paid 124$ for my rustproofing, I was in the area next day with my husbands truck so I decided to pop in. Rude when I came in because I didn't have an appt. Then when all finished got told very rudely " miss, make sure next time you actually make an appt. We don't like surprises!" NO thank you for your business of today of 148$ and yesterday of 124$. So rude, then When I called to tell them I didn't appreciate how I was talked to after paying all that money and told them to change their website they were rude again. I Explained how their website says no app necessary he said no that's only for oil changes, NOPE because it said it beside both oil changes and spraying. Then told me then its for downtown location WRONG again! has both upper james and downtown. There was one vehicle in the whole shop both time when I went in, it wasnt like they were swamped with cars to do. So instead of being rude to your customers that bring you in business they should know what their website says.

    wouldn't recommend

    Oil changes go well, but from there it goes down hill. Had my tranny fluid changed and they used the wrong fluid. Had rust proofing done, my truck filled with water, had to have the carpet ripped out and dried for 3 days. Repairs done (not by Lubricare), and everything reinstalled. Don't deal there anymore.....BEWARE
