not so nice

i called to have my eavestrough done and waived the necessity to get an estimate. so someone calls back and says they will come by take a look. and then nothing, i send an email and a very polite justine replies saying that she tried to call but couldn,t leave a message. done and forgiven. so i wait again and send another email asking just a heads up for the install, no news. i send another email 4 days later saying, this experience is turning unpleasant and if i don,t get a call i will contract someone else. i get a call from the owner telling me to go find another supplier, when i asked why, i got no reason, good day and good luck. it is very typical response, when they are busy they are choosy and if you complain they flush you. too bad they had such a nice reputation (though it was based on one review. I was patient but that wasn't good enough.

Great Job!

These guys did a great job! They were professional ... arrived when they said they would. They were courteous ... the crew was polite and looked they were actually having fun! The product high quality ... I had four estimates and every aspect of this product was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Bronson Johnson Seamless Eavestroughs.

High quality product and outstanding service

I had the opportunity to work with Bronson Johnson this summer on the installation of new eavestroughs on my home in Kanata. It was an excellent experience (particularly as someone who has encountered challenges with other home improvement vendors). Mike and Fabien responded promptly to my request for a quote, and walked me through their choice of product and approach. I was very pleased with the quality of the material, the competitve price, and the outstanding service and follow-up (which significantly influenced my decision to work with this vendor). The installation was completed with quality, on time - and on the scheduled date. There were simply no challenges. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to fellow home owners in Ottawa - and extending many thanks to Mike and Fabien for their professional service and an outstanding job. Great Job!

Thank you! I am very happy with the eavestroughs. My wife and I are glad we chose these guys. They promptly completed the job in a very professional manner. It's hard to find guys like this who treat your home as if it were their own! I would recommend them to anyone!
