Terrible customer service! They say they will return phone calls but never do. They also do not reply to customers emails. The car I received was filthy when I picked it up. They indicated that they would supply certain parts, but never did. To this date, they have strung me along for over 4 months on a part they were supposed to supply, but still have not done so. I wouldnt take your vehicle to them, and I certainly will never do so again. Absolutely awful customer service!,,,

Great service

Our brand new family SUV was involved in an accident this summer and it was towed to Fix Auto Nepean. The staff were kind, courteous, and professional throughout the process. When the vehicle was returned to me it was cleaned and shiny like the day we bought it. The colour matched perfectly and I honestly can't tell from looking at it that anything ever happed. Sloppy paint work

We brought our car to Fix Auto after a collision as it was one of our insurance company's "preferred" shops. We've had to send the car back twice due to a terrible paint job. There was an extremely visible paint defect referred to as "orange peel" all over the front bumper and side of the car (a bumpy surface resembling an orange peel). When we originally brought this to their attention they seemed more than willing to help us out, but when we returned they hadn't done much to actually fix the problem. They told us to leave the car with them again and they would have the manager contact us. The manager later called and spoke to my partner. He tried to tell him that because the car had been painted by another shop previously, there was already orange peel on the other side so it "shouldn't matter", but they'll see what they can do. This was EXTREMELY unprofessional. Today we received a call that our car was ready, but to our surprise, the paint defect still remains. They buffed the surface a bit but did not bother to actually fix the damage they had already done. This shop seems to have the idea that the majority of people won't care about things like this so they provide half the effort they should be providing to their customers. Unfortunately for them, we are both very particular about our cars and will be sure that this review will go public. Please avoid this place if your insurance company recommends them, let alone avoid this place if you are planning to pay out of your own pocket.
