    Vince and team, my father is a more confident individual due to your knowledge, and expertise with his stair lift. You and your team made the installation of his stair lift an incredible expericence with very little down time. Thank you for the product knowledge, customer service and your empathy of our situation, defintely spreading the good word with your excellent service, knowledge and respect, JOB ONE!!

    Be cautious when using this company!

    Very bad experience overall. Seemed helpful when first contacted but have now stopped returning phone calls and messages after receiving a deposit for work that was never performed. Job had to be cancelled due to change in circumstances and no materials or labour were ever provided. Have also heard that other branches of Silvercross have left a path of disgruntled customers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. Link to owner's info provided.

    To who ever posted this I would really appreciate you contact me, (the owner), directly as I am not aware of this situation nor would we ever do this. This is an accusation we take seriously and do not appreciate the false review.
