One of the worst haircuts I’ve received, paid top dollar for it too. Hairdresser was too concerned with talking at me about how she had dressed up as a ‘sexy cop’ for Halloween. Would have preferred her to listen to what I asked with regards to cutting my hair (basic male haircut). Haven’t had a worse haircut since I had a mixing bowl placed on my head.
This is the worst hair cut I have ever had. Shiva cut my hair. I told her I wanted a trim. She took off 5 inches then she proceeded to cut my bangs which are so short now I can't do anything with them. I was told by a co-worker that I look like Rod Stewart. Another co-worker said they don't like my hair. Do not trust this woman she is terrible. I am in a wedding in a month, I hope it grow back enough so I don't look like Rod Stewart anymore. I absolutely hate my hair. WORST HAIR CUT EVER
I did not have a good experience at this salon. I had a male hairstylist who said no to everything I asked for. He didnt know what to do, everytime I said something, he said, "I don't know what your talking about". I said can we see some pictures, he said "no that's not going to help". Like what? I ve had my hair cut a thousand times, what do you mean you don't do layers. I had to explain everything, I almost starting crying in the chair. I had long hair, i said blend my bangs in more with the cut , no i can't, he cut it all one length and his version of some shorter pieces that he used thinning shears rather then using scissors to create texture. Wow luckily my hair is still long enough to find a better stylist that can give me chunky textured layers. Like look it up you'll see a bunch if images, what a fool and he was a MASTER stylist. Thumbs down to this salon.
March 2013- If you are looking for a great Stylist with great skills; ask for Frank!! He took his time and i left the Salon feeling fabulous. If you are interested in receiving a stylish chic haircut- Call and book Frank!
I was referred to a female stylist at Tonyc whome I made an appoinment with over the weekend. I was very pleased with my service done with her. She was very knowledgeable about my hair texture, and a color and style that would look great on me and would be easy to maintain on my own, the price was quite reasonable and the staff was very friendly. I can deffinitly say I have found my new hairdresser!
After scheduling a basic hair cut appointment days in advance I received a voice message less than 24 hours prior to my appointment stating that it needed to be rescheduled as the hair stylist would have another client getting hair colour that would take longer and overlap into my time and if I could call back to confirm this was okay. I immediately called back within a few hours however was told my appointment had already been changed in their books. After I explained that this was not feasible for me they again rebooked me for earlier that day which required me to reschedule my husband and my 10 month old's schedule as well. Upon arriving on time to my appointment I was told the hairstylist had not yet arrived. 15 min later I was then told she would still be 15 min more...a total of 30 min late for a scheduled client! It was at that moment when I realized by their complete unprofessionalism and lack of respect for their clients...as well as their dated 2006 hair magazines diplayed in their waiting area that they were not the right salon for me. Please don't make the same mistake I did and waste a morning of your valuable time waiting on employees of this salon who do not take their business seriously.
