The blonde at the front was extremely helpful and amazing to deal with. Her + Dr Wickens made for a very pleasant experience. Its a specialist, get over the wait times already.

Dr. Wickens saved my life. For eight months I suffered horribly under another ENT and I attemped suicide and now live in the psychiatric ward of the hospital. After one visit to Dr. Wickens I now know there is hope and I will be released home next week.

Dr.Wickens ok. but his front desk staff very bad. Very ignorant and aroggant.

Been sitting in staff room for over 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment people keep coming in after me and are seen before me this place is unorganized

Dr. Wickens was a far superior ear specialist to the prior doctor who I was referred to in St. Catharines. Excellent communication and genuine interest and concern for his patient.
