We first took our T.V to Silver Town Electronics in St Catherines , who then sent it to Niagara Falls. Gave us the run around ...Yes we can fix it , no we cant , o waiting for part.It was nothing but a big headache.In the end 3 MONTHS or longer we got to pick up the T.V , NOT FIXED ! and in horrible shape.It is scratched all over ,Big dig marks on base and a broken front cover (where your plug ins are )It was so bad I asked my husband if he was sure that it was our T.V. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOLE
