If you have an appointment clear out your day. I took my elderly mother to an appointment and she has had to wait over 3 hours on more than one occasion. It is chaos when you get there. This doctor needs to spread out the appointments. Its ridiculous. You have people with health conditions that cannot go without a meal and medications for that long. Have some empathy!
