    Waited over 6 mon...

    Waited over 6 months for an office chair only to have a floor model delivered to me (without me consenting to it), when I told the delivery ppl that I'm not accepting it, they just got in their truck and left. Waited another 2 months for a new replacement, only to be told that they cannot get it anymore. Rude manager (Steven I believe), sales associates that NEVER follow up or call back as promised (Lilliana)!!! No concept of customer service. Don't recommend and will never be back.

    Be aware of that ...

    Be aware of that store!!! They made us wait 6 months for the furniture, instead of the promised 2. We bought sofa, armchair and dining chairs all matching colours. When delivery finally came, one chair was wrong colour and one was stained. We returned, waited another three weeks and they brought us 4 chairs all wrong colour. Now sales guy tells me that manufacturer doesn't offer that colour and that he didn't sell me matching colours. We have pictures to prove. Hopefully we don't have to use our lawyer to fight back. But really bad experience.
