    My windshield wiper wasn’t working so I asked them to take a look. They told me I needed to replace them both, $100 each – even though one was working fine they said it’s a package deal. I took a look myself and all that needed to be done was tighten a bolt. I can’t go back there, always wondering if they’re going to rip me off.

    My partner Leah S...

    My partner Leah Sadler bought a 2012 Mazda off this lot. Traded in her previous car etc. less then 4 months later and 4000km she goes back in to get her routine oil and maintenance check and they proceed to tell her that she needs to replace her brakes ($800+). However was told that everything else was looking great. So she of course goes to get a second opinion about the breaks, during the process she finds out that her tire (that came with the car when bought) has a rusty nail and tire is cracked. Inspector said it's clear it had been in there for some time. As well has her tires are practically bald except for 1 new tire they must have replaced. It's appalling that the dealership gave the car all green approval saying its in great condition when there should have been no way that they should have missed that. Not to mention that it's been less then 4 months and her vehicle has already got all of these issues. I think that anybody looking to buy from here or bring there car in for maintenance needs to doubles check and Tripple check there options. Because what seemed to be a good buy seems to have been more money then originally agreed upon. All she can hope for now is for this dealership to acknowledge her and the problems that she and others now face.
