Buyers Beware! Customer service was rude and arrogant. Employees tried to refuse an IPhone return within 14 days of purchase. I purchased an iPhone 12 days ago and the new IPhone has since come out. I went to the store to return it and get the newer version. The sales reps informed me that the company does not do returns on open box products.
