Quik Oil Change

Firstly, I would like to start this review by saying; I DID NOT WANT TO WRITE THIS REVIEW BUT HAVE TO. My journey with Quik Oil Change began last summer of 2021, I purchased the Groupon Voucher just like any other person would but unfortunately did not listen to my gut about buying a discounted oil change for my Mercedes CLA 45 AMG, the red one in my picture. I would give zero stars if possible.Like most other places they tried to up sell my wife on other services, but what really bothered me was they tried to scare her into unnecessary repairs. They told her our cars service has been neglected for years (we bought the car last year so while maybe possible, it is highly unlikely as we have the vehicle serviced every 4-5000 kms)and if we didnt have the transmissions fluid flushed($200 service) immediately the engine would seize (which is impossible)

Slapdash unprofessional service by apparently unqualified personnel.

Peter (the OWNER) removed my filter to try to sell me a new one and lost a filter on the housing. I discovered less than 24 hours later and called. First he hung up on me. Called back and demanded replacement or I would write reviews. Said "I DON'T CARE, shows what kind of person you are". WOW...TERRIBLE. This app forces you to select at least one star, this shop deserves negative stars!!!

I bought 19$ groupon for this oil change place and when I tried to used the guy told me I could not use it and was rude to me. As much as I did not want to stay there I decided to get the oil change as it was way overdue, I politely asked the guy to check a noise when the car was turned on the guy said he would. After a 10 sec oil change the guy told me it was done. When I asked if the guy checked the noise he told me we are just an oil change place. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

Terrible, avoid at all costs !! Seems like the older staff is no longer there. I had a good experience last time. But they behave like scammers now. If you have a Groupon, ask upfront and BEFORE they start working on your car, if they'll take it. Many customers including me have been scammed. Beware and have a nice day !!

BEWARE: Never go to this place .. They will try to show you more problems like they told me that my transmission oil is gone and my air-filter needs to be changed and I caught them showing me a dirty filter of some other car and not mine.

Horrible service, bunch of very young guys who are rude! Very unprofessional, do not buy any Groupon stuff, hell don't even go here if you got anything from them! Bunch of ignorant guys

This place deserves 0 star for its customer service. The WORST car service ever!! It doesn't even deserve one star. Their employees are the rudest people I have ever met. They have advertised a cheap price for oil change for years in Groupon. However, there is a good chance that you have to pay a full price to drive your car away if you didn't pay much attention to the fine print and didn't understand the meaning of the vague wordings the way they interpreted. GROUPON DEAL: QUIK OIL CHANGE

Don’t buy this deal expecting to get a tire rotation! I requested one & was flatly denied. My car is 3yrs old and was up to 32700km. Tires had never been rotated & were showing signs of uneven wear. “IF NEEDED” (fine print) means THEY get to decide – good luck with that! A week later my dealership told me the tires were overdue for rotation. Looks pretty bad on Quik I'd say. If they are unwilling to do rotations – they shouldn’t be misrepresenting that it’s part of their deal.

A young mechanic guy refused to serve because he can't drive my car out of the parking spot. I understand after the snow storm, the road is slip, but hey, this is a oil change garage, NOT tire store, you can't refuse to serve a customer just because you don't have the skill to drive in the winter. Plus my car tire is four season tires NOT summer tires. Their parking area didn't clean up is NOT my problem.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The guy, got out a ipad with pictures to explain the repair that was needed on my car and why it was necessary. The service was done quickly and without pressuring me into other things. Highly recommend them.

Terrible experience! The shop manager is rude and unpleasant, I purchased a groupon for an oil change and he declined it! Every question got an answer of "no" without explanation. . Don't waste your time with this jerk

The fastest and best oil change I got. Extremely friendly service and very professional. Even when they are extremely busy, you do not feel the wait as you are sitting in your car and watching them hustle and bustle. I would not pay attention to the negative reviews as some are unrealistic when you read between the lines. Love the drive in concept and staying in the car
