Belanger RV Centre

We bought a brand new rv there. For one it came vandalized in their own yard before we took possession. For two there were many defects which we are still fighting to have fixed way over a month later. For three the battery was completely dead and they refused to open the slide outs to show us the trailer we had only seen online and we had to seriously fight to have the slide outs opened.

Refused to do any work after hold my RV for a week

Overview: refused to do any work after holding my RV and making promises for over a week. This place is now called Orleans RV Centre. Called them to see if they'd service my RV even though I hadn't bought it there but chose them because they were close to where I lived and they were also a Cruiser dealer (should make warranty covered work easier). The RV was brand new (2 months old) and the main problem was with a malfunctioning slide. We even ordered new parts/service, assuming the service here would be acceptable. I was upfront when I dropped it off, again, as I mentioned that I had bought it at another dealer (the dealer stickers covering it was proof enough). They had my RV for a whole week then refused to do touch it. They basically refused to service it because we had bought it at another Cruiser dealer in Ottawa...and we had purchased from the other dealer because they were selling RV's for a way lower price. Somehow I got caught in a feud between dealers and the manager (Brett) made it clear how classless an organization they are running...they wouldn't even address the obvious warranty issue of the malfunctioning slide which left me and my family without an RV for at least another week. Note: I did not mention the other RV dealer name here. Smart consumers will be able to do their own price search and realize why Orleans RV Centre losing out to the other Cruiser RV dealer.

Poor customer service

Will never buy here again. Service is disorganized and managers will argue And do whatever it takes to make you pay.
