Ezcape Spa & Salon

This is my favourite place to go now. I've only been for manicures and pedicures but I always walk out very satisfied with my experience. I recommend this place to all my friends.

Visited this spa over the weekend and all I can say is, what an experience! I feel refreshed and pampered. The staff is professional and the attention to detail is incredible!

This establishmen...

This establishment is so dated; from its décor to its service. It lacks a modern environment as well as techniques, therefore resulting in it resonating as an establishment that lacks professionalism. It desperately needs an update (appearance and training) if it seeks to remain a staple in the Orleans aesthetics community.

Stylists Require Updates to their Training

Place was clean and welcoming, and modern, but stylists are not up to date in their training. Two hair cuts with 2 different stylists resulted in very dated styles despite detailed instructions on what was wanted.
