Purchased a sofa and round chair. Paid for the warranty extra.About 1 yr into owning it I noticed a few cracks on one arm. I called and they said they don't cover regular wear and tear. How the hell could this be regular wear and tear when I only had it for less then 1 yr. Was greatly disappointed, don't know why I purchased the extended warranty. The warranty is good for 5 yrs. Never will I ever purchase anything from this store again.
