Brought a picture of the blond highlights that I wanted on my brown hair and literally ended up with the bottom half of my hair bleached. Went back to get my hair fixed and it is currently back to brown with some weird colour of caramel copper streaks. ( with a purple tint to the overprocessed blond bottom bits) a girls nightmare. In 19 years of getting my hair dyed Ive never once complained or disliked the final product. My hair isruined and I wish I could get my money back. Worst experience

WORST HAIR SALON ...

WORST HAIR SALON EVER. MY HAIR TURNED OUT DARK, THEN THEY TRIED TO FIX IT, IT CAME OUT BLUE. I REQUESTED A REFUND AND THEY JUST HUNG UP ON ME. THE OWNER IS COMPLETELY RUDE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN OTTAWA. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!
