Replaced my Oil furnace and 5 ton AC with propane furnace and heat pump. The Salesman explained the rebates available and the 0% Loan from the Government. I stated I wanted both....the pre eval inspection occured, then the work was complete, Post inspection pending. I went online to apply for the loan and it stated that NO work was to have occured....this was not brought to my attention from the saleman. I contacted him and he stated that he didnt think I wanted the loan....rediculous.

Had a technician at my house to check my rental hot water tank. He recommended a new one. I waited for a call. It didn't come. I called the number I was given. Found out that tech support give my neighbours number and address so if I hadn't called would still be waiting. I guess it must have been early in Manila and they made a BIG mistake. Anyone in Canada treated me great.

a credit on my account. A cheque was not issued for this credit. I had to contact the company and wait on hold several times in order to eventually get to the resolution department to request a cheque to be sent to me. It is unethical and potentially illegal to not reimburse money like this. Please beware!

I used to call the toll free number. However despite the quick service (I once called at 11 pm, had the problem taken care of the next morning!!!) I was always annoyed by the sales pitch. I really like the service when dealing directly with the ottawa office. They are on quick dial on my phone!

Horrific customer service and they specialize in wasting peoples time. $3,500 AC install job and they were a no show for one apt and then didnt bring the new AC the next appointment so thats twice where the job hasnt been done and my Saturday was wasted waiting for them. They are now incredibly difficult to get a hold of even though they have the money. The managers that ive dealt with are very disrespectful.

Terrible after hours service - basically just a message service no technicians - you have to wait unless u need help during normal business hours.

Had them install furnace and Ac. The sales person helped us decide what system was best for us and the installers were friendly, thorough and very professional. No hesitation in recommending them.

The plumbers here are excellent! Highly recommended!

Daughter bought A/C 2 years ago, Reliance offered 2 year deferral before payments begin. I've done that several times in past with big purchases, and interest begins after the 2 year period . Well, my daughter got suckered by Regional- 2 years passed and they tell her she owes the original amount plus interest of approx $800. What a ripoff; buyers beware!
