Terrible service. Unreliable. Messy as it can be. No attention to details whatsoever.

Stephane has proven to be very unreliable. What was presented as a 3 week project (which formed the basis of our agreement) will hit the 7 month mark next week. He is disorganised and has ceased communicating with me. Now I am simply waiting for him to show up to follow through on our agreement. He failed to remove all debris and omitted to return the furnace condensation tube to the drain resulting in insulation absorbing water and creating mould in the area adjacent to my child’s bedroom.
