MacKinnon Water Solutions was excellent from the first meeting with Rob through to the gentlemen who drilled the well to the pump installation crew. They were all very professional, pleasant and answered any questions that I had. I had a bit of a timeline and they worked within the necessary time to get me water. I cant say enough good things about this business, very courteous, personable, down to earth, I highly recommend them!!!!!

Unbeknownst to myself, a fitting inside of my well had degraded over the years causing my pump to lose pressure and become un-primed. I was with no water... Great! I called up Mackinnon on a Saturday of the September long weekend and within 2 hours they had sent two very professional/friendly and knowledgeable workers. They quickly troubleshooted and fixed the issue the same day. Very impressed with the knowledge and friendly customer service of Terry and Bob! Thanks a bunch guys!

I want everyone to know that these guys are the best. This was the year everything decided to quit on me. Jamie and his crew came to the rescue.They were so gentle and reassuring that everything would be alright. They fixed all my issues and then some. I would refer everyone in the world to these guys.I don't even know how to thank them enough. But thanks to all of you that calmed my nerves, spoke to me with respect, and fixed all my issues.
