    Phoned first to see how they are doing business with this virus. Was told 4 people in store and someone at the door to tell me it is ok to come in. No one at door so I thought it ok to come in. Staff member did not give me my space, then he got VERY RUDE and claimed I was not being mind full to the sign on the door and that I just strolled in. Told him no at door so thought it ok, he continued to speak to me in a aggressive manner in front of customers. Management needs to train their staff.

    It's not just goi...

    It's not just going into a store to shop or browse. It's always a fun experience. The Staff and Owner are hands on and willing to spend that extra bit of time with my undecisive Family when time permits it! So very happy with our final decision about a pet Hedgehog, we named him Pickles :)

    Ive been coming h...

    Ive been coming here for years! The owners and staff have always been super helpful with any and all questions I have. I buy all my fish there, and since I got my new puppy I have been feeding him the Nutrience puppy food. Cant say enough good things about this place! One things for sure I will never shop anywhere else!!

    Sold me a broken ...

    Sold me a broken tank that leaks, filter doesn't work among other issues. Ruined my hardwood floor and stand. Would not refund my money. Only give me an exchange or store credit. Very unhelpful company. Don't waste your time or money shopping here. Online or Big Al's is way better!! Horrible experience! Will never shop their again.

    Asked the customer to provide an explanation of the problem, she would not, just demanded refund, it was explained to her that we would replace the system, if it was truly defective but we needed to understand the issue. We cannot return to the manufacturer if it is not defective. and we cannot resell a used system. Our offer to replace the system was not good enough for this customer. You cannot buy a new car and demand your money back with out showing evidence of an issue. In the end we went out of our way to arrange a new system was sent to her, even after her threats of bad mouthing us to all her friends. Bottom line, who ever said the customer is always right was an idiot. Sometimes they are wrong and they cannot bully their way into getting what they demand, we tried to be very fair to this customer but she would not be reasonable. Some customers we don't mind loosing, they are not worth the trouble. Fortunately most customers are not like this one.
