You’re better off walking then even call these douchebags lol , their dispatcher will yell at you for trying to give them business, absolute joke

This cab company treats health care “heroes” like dirty vermin. Dispatchers will refuse sending a car to us forcing us to walk after long shifts that are hard on our bodies if we don’t drive. I hope they go out of business.

The driver took at least 15 minutes to show up downtown, watched me as I struggled to get down the steps of the building, instead of him pulling into the driveway (which involves no steps or a snowbank. The first place I tried to negotiate the snowbank was no good, so I tried another spot, ending up by falling against the van. The driver just sat and watched me. The van floor was very high, making it difficult for my rather short legs to negotiate. I struggled, but managed to get in. Terrible!!!

Don't waste your time waiting call Capitol

I have waited half an hour for a cab EVERY time I have called. When I call to ask the ETA of my cab I am always answered rudely. Trust me the other company is way faster and more polite. They seem to know the city better as well.

Disgusting and rude

Would give 0 stars if possible. Was told 5-15 minute wait for cab and called when the the cab was 15 minutes late and received grief and was made to feel as if we were being rude by simply inquiring how much longer we might have to wait for the taxi. The dispatcher was rude and asked "what did we expect on a long weekend" when we simply wanted clarification on what we had been told earlier, and then told us she was cancelling our cab. Would not recommend unless you like rude service and abuse.

we gave the driver $20 and clear instructions to get my intoxicated friend back home, he drove her to the next parking lot and kicked her out of the car. leaving her alone with no money. truly disgusting

Every time I have called them they're always late. Then they are rude when you aren't there the second they decide to show up, whenever that is. The operators are not friendly at all, and make it seem like you're bothering them when placing a call. Not professional, extremely poor customer service. I don't recommend this cab company.

If calling to order a taxi expect poor customer service skills and a negative attitude. very disappointed by the service i was provided. The dispatcher was very rude, and made it seam as if i was bothering her by inquiring for a taxi.
