Our server [n a m e r e m o v e d upon request] was slow and lazy and forgot to order 1 meal for us. She hardly apologized.
I found the service to be very good. The big guy, the manager I think was very friendly and was very nice to my children. We were all pleased and will return again.
i was on my lunch break, and when i told the server, aimee, she made sure that my food came out fast. drink was great, and the service was friendly and professional. i will definitely be coming again!

The seafood salad is awesome!The combination of the crab with greek salad is mouth-watering!,I can't wait for a next bite.The atmesphere is great , the waitresses are great(without being to pushy or in your face ).Money well spent,and I can't wait to go back for more!(The milkshakes could take improving.)
My whole reason for going to Kelsey's was for the mouth-watering,to-die-for, leave-you wanting-more Crab greek salad.To my horror,they changed the menu and did away with yes, you guessed it...THE CRAB GREEK SALAD!!!!!WHYYYYYYYY!!HOW COULD SOMEONE MAKE SUCH A LOUSY MISTAKE???Until the crab salad is brought back I'm afraid my food affair with Kelsey's is over.
I've been to Kelsey's many times before because I always enjoy myself there,this time was very different. As we walked in we weren't even greeted nicely, and the hostess took us to our table and practically threw the menus down on the table and just walked aways without telling us any daily specials, not even to enjoy our meal. When our waitress came to our table she was just as bad as the greeter, she was barely talking, she came over and literally all she said was "can I get you guys a drink". Our drinks took about 8 minutes to come and it was two pops and a bottle of Canadian. We thought that was a little ridiculous because it wasn't even busy. When she came around to taking our order I had speicifically asked her for the chicken quesadilla with NO CAJUN SPICE, when our appetizers came out there was a whole bunch of Cajun spice, I was very disappointed and when I told our server she didn't even offer us another one until her next visit to the table, by then I didn't even want one. The spinach dip wonderful as always. When our meals came out the balsamic chicken was very cold and not enjoyable. My husband said his noodles in his Shrimp pasta were hard and flavourless. When our server wasn't at our table, all we could hear was her talking to another waitress about their plans after work which I didn't think was appropriate with my 7 year old son with us. I will not be returning there anytime soon because I did not enjoy this visit at all. The staff should really practise being polite to their customers.
