Pickering Honda Sales & Service

I was RIPPED OFF BY PICKERING HONDA TODAY! Service led me to believe my car would be covered under warranty and when I refused to pay the outrageous quote ($1700 for a clogged fuel injector!) they charged me $160 to get my vehicle back! I had already tested the engine code before i brought it in and already knew what was wrong with it. Horrible experience I still cant shake being conned like some low life.

After service, car was returned with dirt all over the interior. Top tier service. The following morning, day after service, car would not start (5:30AM). Had no choice but to call on roadside assistance; missed work, etc. Drove directly to dealership. After diagnostics, was told they could not find an issue. Car was running fine for 3 years straight until that day (3 year old car). Whole ordeal was very unprofessional and a huge inconvenience. Will not do business here again.

Went to Honda with a stone chip on my windshield, I was told they would have to replace the windshield and it will cost 1100.00 Dollars because of the side camera on the car the windshield is a special type, I said can we just fixed the chip, no it is too big, so I left with my jaw still hanging, could not believe what I was just told, I don't know if it is because I am a woman and they think they could take advantage of me, got the chip fixed for $50.00. Honda should be ashamed. Lost all trust

Customer service ...

Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Dan was very informative about the vehicle I was purchasing and supportive throughout the process. The service side was exceptional as well. I've dealt with Remy in the past and all my service needs were met on time and if not a rental car was made available for any delays. Overall fantastic

I signed up ONLY because I want to write a review to this honda dealer. Very very poor customer service (no service at all). No matter how good the deals are, I would never go there again. If you want to get a honda, go to Formula Honda. They show you what customers deserve.
