I am totally satisfied with the plan and the delivery of service! I found the owner very respectful of my wishes and absolutely dependable in delivering what I wanted on the timeframe we agreed to. Melanie and Chad do an excellent job managing our property. In addition to taking care of our garden, snow clearance etc.,they do regular checks and are so responsive if there is a problem. Gives us peace of mind. Trustworthy and knowledgeable. Would highly recommended them if you need an excellent property manager.
