Buyer beware!!! Don't shop here unless you want to deal with incompetent staff. After multiple confirmations on delivery time (product is IN STOCK) and location, cancelled my delivery one day before - leaving me stranded. Management was borderline insulting with their suggested resolutions and incompetent in resolving the issue, providing a ridiculous run around and resolution timeframes with no material incentive/apology. No wonder Leon's is going out of business - take your business to Way

Bought a very expensive leather, reclining love seat, (and extended warranty) from Leon's Brockville.. Having problems with the mechanism, and every time I contact Leon's for assistance, they have a different excuse to wiggle out of the warranty... I will NEVER shop there again!!

I do not think it is right for Leon's in Richmond Hill to display an item (in this case a range) - which you really like and order it - then have a different one delivered - and upon checking in person to tell them this, you are advised that it is a two year model - and they are no longer available. WHY do they have it on display?? WHY did they sell to us?? Totally unacceptable and we will never shop at this Leon's ever again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.DONT SHOP HERE

The one star is for Leons customer service over the phone. I spoke with 4-5 representatives who were rude, transferred the line while i was still talking, were aggressive and didnt bother explain the service i was inquiring about. Eventually i was transferred to one representative who was very knowledgeable and handled the issue well. But it took me one hour of transfers, disconnected calls, and frustration before i got my 2 minutes answer !!! Horrible service.

I just ordered $1440 worth of furniture, received the Ines Lift-Top Coffee Table, to find that 2 of the corners of the table were destroyed, smashed-in due to the box being thrown around or dropped before delivery, I assume. No communication response for 3 days now. Phone Mailbox is full every time I call the store.

spent around 10K, original delivery was over a month ago and still we are getting broken and damaged pieces. they have the worst QC people. their furniture is cheaply made. I just wish would take time and go another store like bad boys or Ashley. NEVER AGAIN.

The store would never pick up the phone. I tried calling more than 10 times yesterday to reschedule delivery time, but given that I can't talk to them on the phone, I would have to drive to the store for this. Quite upsetting

Fantastic quality & service! I purchased a mattress set from the Leon’s Richmond store. It took just two visits before I made a decision and bought the set. It was truly a great experience because they sell quality furniture at a price that won't break the bank. Now, 2 years later, the mattress is still in like new condition. I would highly recommend that my friends get their mattresses from Leon’s.

Leon’s is one of the best and most welcoming businesses around. I visited Leon's Richmond Hill Store to buy a new sofa. The salesperson was really nice and gave me space to look around the store. I found a sofa that looks great and was much cheaper than I expected. The best thing was that the delivery guys arrived 1 hour early. I really appreciate the great service I received from the sales person and the delivery crew.

I purchased one of the most affordable coffee tables from Leon's and it looks decent enough to be in my living room. In my opinion, Leon's is a great place for buying quality household products. I am very happy with the customer service and would definitely come to buy more!

Great service, products and prices! If anyone is looking for a furniture store for home furniture, Leon’s is the place. We recently purchased a table from this store and it was affordable yet the quality was beyond my expectations. It was my first shopping experience at Leon's and they made it an unforgettable one. Kudos to the staff! I was attended to but not followed or pressured to buy. My sales person was extremely knowledgeable, provided me with all the information I needed without even having to look up anything! He also helped me get a discount on my new mattress. Thank you guys, I would recommend this furniture store to everyone.

It was a true joy shopping at Leon's. I never had to worry about anything. I ordered a power recliner from their website and they delivered it in 2 days. The delivery staff was professional and took great care to ensure there wasn't any damage. Thank you guys!

A great experience from beginning to end

We were looking for a sofa that will meet the needs of a family with 3 kids. We checked all local stores, Leon's had by far the best prices, so we decide to buy from them. We went to the store, and we were greeted very well. Sales people were friendly but not pushy. The sofa they delivered looks extremely solid, exactly what we wanted, and I'm not worried about how my kids will use it. Thanks!
