Absolutely horrible.. ordered 3 breakfast wraps and kid meal at 9:17 am did not walk out until 9:48 am WITHOUT one of my wraps and 3 hash browns! Lady working the till had no idea where any buttons were and the lady making my drinks couldn't find cups. Not a sorry, not a it will just be a moment...extremely disappointed
Terrible establishment. The term "fast food" cannot be used at this location. Prepare for a 15-20 minute wait if you use the drive thru. Will never be going too this location again. Terrible service and wait considering lack of customers..
Well the last several visits to this address have been disappointing, today we stopped in for desert and had 2 McFlurry to go well the icecream was totally soft just runny not to mention they wronged us on the change by 5 dollars which got corrected after we told them, we go there on Sunday after church and I have to say its rare to get what you ordered, I am not trying to be rude but service at this site is less than desirable.
Went and ordered a double quarter pounder BLT tonight and got home to find that I paid for a double and got a single. Not impressed. When I called to report this issue when I found out the "supervisor" did not even apologize about this error and said that the only thing he can do is have me come back to replace the burger after I've already come home from my 12 hour shift. No thank you. He said head office will contact me by mail in a few weeks. I told him this is unacceptable because it would have been made correctly if the kitchen staff weren't goofing off and trying to spray each other with sink water. Repulsive. Not impressed that I got a burger that's worth less then what I paid and all I did was nicely call in and tell them I wasn't happy with my order for better customer service in the future and I didn't even get an apologie? That's the part that rots inside of me never making me want to return to this location.
Terrible service. We had been waiting for two hash browns for more than 10 minutes and nobody took care of us.
Went through the drive through... 11:50pm... placed my order... 9 piece nuggets and a small fries. Came home to find a received a 6 piece and small fries.... everything was cold. When I spoke to the manager Amanda ... she asked for my receipt... never gave me one. Told her what happened she said I was only charged for a 6 piece... explained that I ordered a nine. She told me that they don't sell a nine piece. Would you not have told the customer this upon ordering. She said that I could come right back and she would give the the 10 piece. Couldn't believe this.... she wanted me to come back... and WOW ... she wasn't going to charge me extra. When I told her it was already too late... she said that I could come back tomorrow... not at my convience but at hers.... Beware when using the McDonalds drive through in St.Catharines..Ontario St.... guality is terrible... service unbelievalbe....
