Never answers the phone or just hang up. Not recommend to give them any business

Incompetent. I am visiting family from out of town and forgot my medication. Got my script sent to this location, I called to verify as it’s for seizures, she confirmed and told me 3pm. Picking it up, the man, short greased black hair, said to come back tomorrow. The man told me this meant it wasn’t available anywhere in town. I called a different Sarnia location who then verified she had it in stock. If you want to do a someone else’s job, then call this location.

Horrible Service..never answer the phone when you call especially the pharmacy. The Customer Service don’t listen to you telling them the pharmacy keeps placing you on hold and then disconnecting the line before you even speak with someone from the pharmacy. Medications are never ready on time and even when you get there at the time they say it will be ready it is still never ready and they have to make it and you spend another 20 minutes waiting for them to make it which should take 5mins.

I needed my medication in the morning, called them first thing to have it delivered. 3:30pm rolled by and still no sign of it. I called and they did not even start the order.

I shop at Shoppers, Sarnia, Eastland (despite awful Service.) Iv been accused of stealing Its embarrassing and insulting. Today I asked the "floor walker" pretending to shop, if he had a camera he could watch me from instead. Ive noticed him many times following me. Told me I was banned FOREVER! Yelling in front of customers. to get out saying authority todo so for even looking at him the wrong way (captured scene on phone video recorder). Im a good customer, deserve tobe treated respectfully.
