Purolator

Lazy!!! I was waiting for two packages. One arrived so I tracked the other. It stated a delivery attempt was made. That was a lie. I was home all day waiting. No card was left. It said on tracking the parcel was in Sault Ste. Marie. I called Purolator. It was not in SSM. It was at some hardware store in Kentvale. I live in Richards Landing. Apparently two trucks dumped all the parcels in one place. Shame on you.. I will not drive to Kentvale. Do your job.

They have never delivered a package to me correctly and once again its on the wrong truck. Last time i found out that was lies when i went to shop and got it. They need new management and staff

phone person at Purolator didn't seem knowledgeable & it took a half hour to arrange a simple pickup and delivery from Toronto to Sault Ste Marie, ON

Terrible hours and rude staff at the depot.

The only issue I have with Purolator is that, in my opinion, the drivers don't wait long enough after knocking or ringing the doorbell. This isn't a Purolator only issue. Canada Post and any other service seems to have the same issue. I understand the drivers can't wait around all day for slow moving people, but I have heard them, gone to the door, and watched the truck drive away. Have been very happy with politeness and friendliness of drivers and store front staff.

I shipped boxes with Purolator; a never used home theatre system and some of the items got damaged on their way to the buyer.

you should try to contact the receiver if you can't read address to deliver to. you know, the place you deliver to ever day M-F!!!!!!!!! Why does anyone fill out contact info if you don't call them if you can't deliver? reference tracking number #605380572608 according to your call center, local people didn't even attempt to deliver or make contact to anyone. Just returned to sender. All info was correct. Good thing you have contract with providing vendor. so you miss a few.... nice.
