Golden Mile Walk in Clinic

We all know that the work of a frontline worker is full of stress, We all respect and salute the frontline workers but it doesn't mean that you speak rudely to a patient or don't answer him at all, but it is sad to say that something like this happens on the day of the Golden Mile pediatrician when Dr. Kelly's assistant behaves in the same way. Dr. Kelly is a very good, cultured, and competent doctor, but his assistant is very rude and disrespectful for every patient.

Ive never been so offended in my life on regards to raising my kids until today. From the person who took my daughter’s weight and height to the Pediatrician herself. On the wall you will see, ITS JUST COLDS AND COUGH? Anyhow,my daughter has some serious rashes and when its time for them to check it, my daughter was scared and she is pulling back her diaper. I got a judgmental comment from them that she is just stubborn! And I’m not raising her well bec she is still using a diaper and bottles.

the pediatrican is great. my kids love going here and they were fast and new what was wrong. thanks

After waiting for more than two hours to see the doctor, she was rude and did not answer all my questions saying that my time was over and i had to book another appointment for that.It took less than 10 minutes of checking after the hours of waiting . i will never go back again in any case.

The staff are very polite and helpful.

I made an appointment a month in advance with a doctor. The day of, I get called a few hours prior to say they are busy and need to reschedule to the next day. I inform them that I can't make that day so I want to schedule next week. Their response "the doctor doesn't want to make appointments, you'll have to just walk in or call the week of". Well I sure wish I knew this a month ago!

Waited for the doctor for over an hour as soon as they opened, then the reception had to send everyone away because the only doctor who was scheduled was not coming today. Whoever the doctor is has no respect for other people's time.

I tried this clinic out although I saw a lot of Negative reviews on it. I went in with my child at 9am (when the clinic opened) and we got put in a room right away and were seen by Dr. Keogh, she was great and we got the medicine needed which is usually hard to get unless we go to our family doctor (who is closed on Sunday's). My son will actually be able to sleep tonight thanks to her listening.

The front staff very bad attitude. Very disappointed with their service. As for the physician they don't seem knowledgeable enough to have patients under their care.

Sorry complainers wish this was a 30 second trip

honestly yes there is a bit of a wait but nothing like other clinics or the hospital. secondly they do have their own patients who have appointments so yes walks go to the available doctor. but the doctors here are amazing if they are ever unsure they refer you to a specialist right away.

Terrible clinic.....

Terrible clinic.. Staff is unprofessional and rude! Also, wait times are ridiculous; I had and appt. and wasn't seen until over an hour later. Will NOT be returning ..

Avoid seeing the ...

Avoid seeing the eye doctor over there... very poor service and hardly knows anything about vision problems. I left several messages for him and never called back.

Great clinic, wonderful staff and caring Dr.'s

Both my husband and I are patients at this clinic and it is probably one of the best that we have seen. Receptionists are friendly, caring and meticulous when it comes to setting appointments and scheduling testing. We have used it as a walk-in and are both now seeing a regular GP through the clinic. All of the medical staff has been friendly, thorough and extremely knowledgeable and with their expansion and inclusion of specialists I can safely say we will be patients here for a long time. I wholeheartedly and without hesitation recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-notch medical care.

rude receptionist

The receptionist (woman) is very very rude. She is not willing to answer questions and not playing attention to patient. I went there with my friend days ago and felt angry with her. How can she treat a patient in this way?! She is very mean to us. I absolutely not going when I feel sick, I would rather go to other walk-in clinic for sure.
