I was more than pleased with him. I phoned him about my dryer not working & he came by an hour & a half later. He didn't leave any mess & took the old part with him. He's repaired an appliance for me a few years ago. I thoroughly recommend him.

Great service at excellent rate

I called Owen to get my GE gas oven and HotPoint Fridge repaired. He quoted me a rate over the phone which was 40% less than the lowest quote I had from others. Though it was not an urgent issue for me, he did come within 3 hours of my calling him. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and waited to make sure that it is working fine. I will definitely call him again and will have no hesitation in recommending him to my friends

Quick, pleasant, reasonable price

Our gas oven had been acting up - overheating and turning off unexpectedly, sometimes giving off a gas smell. Owen came as soon as I called. He was pleasant and businesslike, but not a fast-talking salesman. Just a pleasant fellow who got down to work promptly. He had the replacement part my oven needed in his truck, and he had the whole job done quickly. His price was no more than I would have expected, and overall I was extremely pleased. I'd call him back for sure.
