    We took a custom 3-stone platinum euro-shank diamond ring for resizing. Week later it developed a notch in the shank😳Back it went,owner didn’t blink.Two mos.later big crack in shank.FedExed to original maker. Disbelief attempt to resize using gold.$800 for redo.Back again to’Factory’.Remade wrong size and euro-shank edges almost disappeared.Unethical,deceitful jeweller.CaveatEmptor.
