Rose ruined my wedding gown that I picked up 10 days before the wedding. 8 days out now and I still don’t have a dress! The hem is completely uneven with the sides inches shorter than the front, it cannot be fixed or my feet will be showing, the layers were cut jagged and can be seen underneath. There are holes and large snags everywhere in the outer layer of tulle. The beading was also ruined. She has not refunded me or compensated for the dress. Go somewhere else!
