Been going there for years and never an issue. Best pricing in Niagara Region and very knowledgeable staff. I have had to returned a few things in the past and never got a hassle, not sure what the other guy is talking about?

They dont return ...

They dont return defective merchandise. Not even with the receipt in hand. I was denied a simple return after I purchased concrete steps that were delivered chipped. They blame it on me. Be careful with this people. They don't take anything back. It's all final sales even if it was broken at the time of delivery.

Excellent Service
