    unprofessional, unreasonable

    bought a bar with a cracked top, was told the top would be exchanged. 5 months later told they can't get another top, offered $250 when another in town costs $600 plus taxes, delivery, installation. offered to buy back the bar after we had a back bar made to match the one purchased. I shouldn't have to pay more to have a bar top that isn't cracked or give up the bar set i originally bought and had furniture made to match. very unprofessional! took longer than the 2-3 weeks for delivery also.

    Bad Service

    Went to McQueen's because it is locally owned and operated, and had some decent prices (higher than some, lower than some). Upon buying couch, love seat, and dining room set, we were told it would be a two week delivery. It ended up being almost a month and a half. Upon receiving the shipment, one of the chairs from the dining room set was ripped. Once again, we were told two weeks, and still haven't received our replacement chair. I am very unsatisfied with the service McQueen's offers, and would not recommend this furniture store to anyone who does not intend on buying something already in stock (floor model, etc.)

    FANTASTIC

    Upon entering McQueens Furniture I was greeted by the most polite of salespeople, they were able to answer all my questions and also help to teach me more about furniture then I could of ever imagined! The store lay-out was also just beyond words, they must have hired some sort of interior designer. Overall the service was great, all staff was extremely friendly, the product was beautiful, as they had a large selection of high quality furniture. I suggest everybody shop at McQueens, support local businesses!

    Go McQueens Go!

    I had my appliances delivered last saturday and it wasnt easy for the delivery guys to get them through my tight hallway, but they did it without a scratch!!! Go mcqueens Go!!

    great customer service

    McQueens Furniture totally met my needs as a customer! The leg on my sofa was damaged so I called my sales person as soon as i noticed it. She gave me the service departments phone number and assured me that i would be taken care of. I called them and the young girl who answered the phone helped me out alot. She explained that they would order me a new leg and have their service tech come do the switch. I am very pleased with the service McQueens gave me, and i love my Ashley sofa and love seat. In the past i purchased my dinning room set from the McQueens and i havent had a single problem with the set! I love it! Next im doing my master bedroom and i'm looking forward to my next experience with McQueens Furntiure. I highly recommend shopping there.

    Excellent Service Above and Beyond!

    Felt the need to post a review especially after the previous post. Cannot express enough appreciation for the quality of service provided during a recent purchase from McQueen's. Due to schedule constraints, my delivery requirements were difficult to say the least. The staff at McQueen's worked with me to ensure that my furniture arrived right when I needed it. I will gladly use this company again for my furniture needs. Thanks again!!!

    Terribly Customer Service

    I am astonished that a business that prides itself on Family Values would have such terrible customer service. I have always thought that by dealing with a locally owned business and not some big box chain store, you will receive excellent customer service, but this is not the case in this business. I was actually hung up on by one of the owner's for no warranted reason and then given the run around on service that was suppose to be completed 4 weeks prior. We have ultimately returned our purchase and will never deal with McQueen's in the future.
