I love Queensland Esthetic Studio from top to bottom! The price was actually totally normal too! I was expecting to pay more since the Queensland Esthetic Studio was so fabulous and it was such a great service!
I found the employees at Lords and Ladies to be very friendly with a comfortable atmosphere. I was greeted immediately by all the staff. My Stylist Alana was very knowledgeable and explained all the products and their benefits to my needs in particular. She listened to my concerns from other bad experiences from other salons and was quick to put my mind at ease with her confidence and knowledge of her products. Alana also showed me the many gift ideas the salon had for all my family, which helped out tremendously. I plan to go back, and now have my very own stylist, as I plan to keep going to Alana. Thank you for such a nice experience, Lords and Ladies staff !
Amazing haircut, listened to every detail, and verified, what i wanted in a haircut. Alana , Also took the time to explain the difference in hair products and how to use them, and how to style my hair! Never had such a wonderful, informative, experience in a salon. I would recomend Alana to everyone!! The other staff were friendly and made me feel very welcomed! Nice Job , to all at Lords and ladies ! See yiu soon !!

Let me start by saying how important it is for me to have a good and I mean GOOD haircut, colour and style. Early this year I walked into Lords and Ladies one afternoon (only after checking out their website) to see if I could book an appointment with a hairstylist. I spoke to Jody and expressed my need for a good haircut, colour and hairstylist for my hair type. She asked me if I had time and took me right away. It was the best decision I ever made. I saw a picture of a style I really liked and Jody was able to give me the look I wanted! I also have to say that I had the BEST hair wash EVER, never has anyone given my scalp and neck a massage while getting washed, the hot towel behind my neck took away all the stress of my day! My hair colour was brightened to perk me up, my haircut was super easy for me to style. I can honestly say that in the past year I have had more compliments on my hair than I had in many years! Jody and her staff are always courteous and friendly. Another great thing I have to mention is that I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes and that was only ONE time. They schedule clients accordingly and don't let you sit and wait because it's obvious they respect your schedule. I am very happy with my stylist, I highly recommend any of the stylists at Lords and Ladies, their prices are fair, location is great and lots of parking!
What this location lacks in ambiance it more than makes up for in service - I entrust my hair to nobody else but my stylist at Lords and Ladies. She is warm, friendly, accomodating and always eager to make it right. I've been to many 'high-end' salons that don't take the time to get to know their clients. The pros at this shop are down-to-earth and always make me feel welcome and appreciated!
I am a very happy customer from Lords and ladies. Have always enjoyed my visits and was made to feel completely comfortable during my visits. The ladies are all courteous and friendly to all customers when I have been there. They all are great hair stylists, though My favorite is Anne,
I love this place! I've had my hair done here for years and I just keep coming back because the ladies are super friendly and great at what they do! I had mine and my bridesmaids' hair done here for my wedding and everybody just looked so great. I've also gotten my hair done here as a bridesmaid and the experience was just as perfect and fun. These girls do everything they can to give you a wonderful experience, and they succeed. I highly recommend Lords n' Ladies for haircuts and styling! (I haven't had the pleasure of using their other services yet :) )
My husband and I have been going to Lords and Ladies, since 2005, we are always satisfied with the finish look, and love the way the staff treats us like family. We have had our hair cut from 3 of the stylists there and they are all excellent. Our son was 2 years old when he first started going to see one of the stylists there, and he loves her to pieces, she always chatted with him and he always felt comfortable with her. My daughter also receives her cuts here and I will not trust anyone else but the staff from Lords and Ladies. I have received many different hair treatments, hair cuts, dyed, highlights/foils, corrected (only because I decided to dye my hair on my own-which note I will never do again) up dos and all, I love the staff here, I recommend this place to anyone of age, they will make you satisfied, and they will make you feel beautiful- my daughter says they make her hair smell yummy and pretty.
I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff at Lords and Ladies. Not only do I get my hair cut there but I bring all three of my kids as well. My hairdresser is wonderful with my kids and always has great ideas for me to try as well. All staff have always been friendly and there is always a great atmosphere. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I've gotten my hair cut at Lord and ladies many times and they are awesome people. When you walk into they salon they greet you right away and when your there they treat you like family. It's a wonderful places filled with wonderful people and I can honestly say I will be back.
I have been going to Lords n Ladies for many years now. I have always been very pleased with my cuts & colors. The staff has always been so courteous and kind. Jody, is a wonderful stylist and a great owner. I have many of my friends and family that frequent the shop and have been very satisfied also. The prices are very affordable. I recommend to everyone!

Great service! My entire family gets our hair done there! From my grandmother down to my own children! The owner Jody and the girls that work there are very courteous and are wonderful at what they do! A++++! Definitely recommend!
The experience I had at Lords n Ladies was awesome. The hair dressers were excellent, and I am impressed with there service. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my haircut. I've been going for a while now and I have yet to have a bad experience !!! Your team is the best of the best! Keep it up cause you guys have my service for good !! Excellent work !

I have never got a good hair cut there. The owner and other stylists are rude and give me dirty looks. Hair is uneven by an inch on one side. They overcharge for terrible service. My Wife has never got a good haircut her hair is uneven and one time was barely cut and was charged. The service and staff is equally bad and I would strongly recommend that you do not get your haircut at Lords and Ladies.
