Always friendly, courteous and fast
Speedy service. We only have one computer we use to watch tv, so its nice they have rush service for us to use. Price is comparable to others.
As other one said...be warned about this one. Sent in for screen repair and they took 2 weeks for repair and I thought, what a great service it was. I was such a fool. Within the last days of their 90 days warranty, it started showing a dead pixel which was suspicious to me, so i took it back to them for repair and they took it happily but I was still wary of their service. I wait 3 weeks for repair and nothing. And now they tell me the screen they ordered was damaged and now I have to wait more

We regret to hear you had a bad experience Ayugma. Unfortunately, we have no control over the manufacturer of parts we order. Your screen was under warranty and we sent it back to the manufacturer for replacement all at no charge to you. Sadly, sometimes things get damaged in transit as a laptop screen is very fragile. We're sorry you weren't happy with the waiting period and do sincerely apologize for the delay.
Great service and very speedy. A little vague on their pricing for "rush" service though. Could explain better. I got a regular cleaning but I could have got it back much quicker if someone had told me they have a rush service that you pay a bit more for. Overall my computer works a lot better then before. Was recommended by a friend.
I walked in to the store and not only was the store really clean and tidy, but i was greeted by a very friendly woman, i explained my issues with my computer thinking it was my harddrive that was blown. So she told me it would be in my best interest to get a diagnostic, to find exactly what the problem was. So i got a call a couple days later to find out that it was actually viruses and not my harddrive. So i said to go ahead and fix it. So later that day i got a call saying it was fixed and ready for me to pick up. That was 4 months now and its been working great. Now i will bring all my computers to get fixed there! im so happy my friends recommended them.
I was welcome by a friendly lady...can't remember her name. So I explain to her that my laptop would work fine then randomly shut down by itself. Then sometime it would be fine for a week with no problem, then start again. So I ask if she had any idea what could cause this and approx how much it would cost. She couldn't tell me as she wasn't a tech. So I had to re explain my story to the tech. I leave the laptop at the store for a diagnostic, then a few days later frank calls me and says it some kind of board issue and it need to be sent out and should take about 2 weeks give or take to get it repair if it is fixable. Well after 1 month and 2 weeks got the laptop back with the same issue and minus $150 in my wallet. Not too impress, so the thing is in the garbage now. I don't recommend this store.

We are sorry you experienced difficulties with your computer after repair. We do make all customers aware of warranty policies upon pickup however. SInce only two weeks had elapsed when you had your problems, this issue would have been repaired for free had you returned the laptop to the store. The type of repair you received was beyond our control since it was done at the manufacturer of your laptop and not by us. However, we always work with customers under these circumstances and we could have gotten your issue resolved quickly, without cost to you had you called us.

PC Paramedics has been providing technical support and service to our organization for the past few years. I have purchased new equipment and have taken other computers in for servicing, and all I can say is they provide EXCEPTIONAL SALES AND SERVICE. As a small business it is important for me to know that I can get our equipment serviced quickly and and at a reasonable rate, and this is exactly what I get when I take our computers there. I have recently had the pleasure of bringing my computer in to the boys at PC Paramedics. My computer was fixed in no time!!!! I was super impressed by their friendly advice, and extremely reasonable rates. They were time efficient, very knowledgeable and courteous. The warm, clean, well stocked and welcoming atmosphere just can't be beat!! They advised me that they can order almost anything that I might need if they do not have it in stock, and that it doesn't take very long to be shipped in. I am so pleased with Rob, Frank and their staff, that I have recommended their services to all of my friends and family, and you can be sure PC Paramedics is the only option for me!!
I have been taking my computer to PC Paramedics for many years. The service I receive is always superior. Their prices are amazing and competitive. Over the years I have purchased many items from this business and I have always had 100% satisfaction. I am a firm believer in supporting a local business rather than the big box stores. This store has a friendly neighbourly feel to it and their same day promise is reassuring. I have never been disappointed and no matter what problem I have brought to them, my computer has made a full recovery.
This business is the best that i have ever been to compared to all the high priced other stores. PC Paramedics got rid of all my viruses cleaned up my computer and did not miss a single thing like the other stores that charge you a big amount of money when they can not get tghe job done right. The thing i like best about this business is their service they are really nice and friendly and they get the job done on time with no extra charges. I highly reccomend this business. Excellent service!
