I’ve used Syles both at work and at my house(s) and couldn’t be happier, the service was fast and clean and the pricing was always very competitive. After I used them once I knew I was a client for life!
We just built a new house in Woodslee , contracted Syles for the HVAC portion of the build . Couldn’t be happier , everything went as planned from the rough in to the finish it was a pleasure to deal with everyone from the office staff to the technicians on site , thanks for a great job!
Called multiple times, admin said owner would call back each time, never did and finally gave up. Worst experience ever, glad I didn't get any work done.
Called 3 times, spoke to 3 people, all said need to talk to Grant. All said he would definitely call me back. He never did. Poor customer service I went elsewhere, if you can't be trusted to call you back when your staff tell you on 3 occasions, can't be trusted on doing the work.
Don't call Syles for a repair. They don't want you to get out of trouble. They just want money. So, they are going to tell that you have to replace everything. They are going to mislead you with insurance matters... you know! Another contractor took the job on the same day and never mentionned the insurance thing.
I had Steve S come to my house today. It took him 15min to come after my phone call after hours and he fixed my rather complicated problem quickly. I was very happy with the service. And he was hot!
Outstanding service! Recently had someone from another company come to check my furnace that wasn't working. They told me it needed to be replaced, and would cost me $8,000.00! A friend recommended I call Syles, and they replaced my furnace for $6,200.00 and installed it the very next day! Very knowledgeable & polite staff.
cost us 250 dollars for them to not fix the problem. was told to call back to reschedule for rewiring. two calls placed with no call back. had to have ANOTHER assessment done which cost about the same. should be refunded the money as they were "unable" to provide full service. wouldn't use again. obviously our business wasn't important to them! .
Our AC was not working great on one of the hottest days of the year. Syles was able to come the next day, arrived when they said they would (gave us a 4-hour window), were very pleasant, fixed the problem within an hour, then tidied up. The price was very reasonable. They take many forms of payment including debit! We were very pleased. Our AC is working great. We will definitely call Syles again if we need any assistance in the future.
The guys at Syles worked fast and hard! It was a very fair price and the other company was going to charge me way more! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
The Syles technician was very nice and very neat. My air conditioner is working great now!
