I went to Scruples to get my hair cut, highlighted and styled. I was tired of my natural black hair and wanted to change my look. My haircut was done by Giancarlo, who helped make my thick, bulky looking hair look much more soft and not as heavy as it felt. My highlights and styling was done by Alexandria and I absolutely loved the job she did! She helped me achieve the look I wanted. Overall, I am very impressed with Scruples and will definitely be returning in the future.

I absolutely love this salon, everyone is very professional and nice. I got a new kind of fake nails that uses powder only and I am completely in love with how they turned out!! I will definitely be returning to this location.

Amazing salon and very friendly staff. I come here often and every time I leave I have an amazing experience. I get my eyebrows and laser done from here. They make the threading of the eyebrows quick and painless. When I started my laser treatment I thought it'd be painful but I was reassured and the difference I'm seeing is amazing. I would recommend this place to everyone, they cater to everyone's needs

The place is very clean and attractive. The staff are always smiling and friendly, the service is great and professional. They also provide a wide range of courses that are supervised by a great and resourceful teacher. The environment is warm and welcoming. My overall experience at Royal aesthetics club was pleasant and I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I have been going here to get my nails done weekly since it opened. Tina and Ivy (the owners) and their staff are truly fantastic! The salon is clean and I always get a fantastic manicure. They take appointments as well as walk-ins. I will never, ever go anyplace else. This nail salon is truly a standout amongst all of the other horrible and dirty places in Richmond Hill. If you come here once, I GUARANTEE that you will never go anyplace else

My wife and I have been going to this place for about 6 years now and all I can say is that they have really nice people working there and he owner Sara is such a pleasure to talk to. The staff is extremely professional and they do a really nice job in men's and women's cuts.

My favourite part of this salon is that the manicurist washes her hands each time before working on a customer.
Additionally they have excellent brands and choices of polishes including China Glaze, OPI, Esse and OPI Shellac, and CDI.
My least favourite facgt about this place is that they almost never say no to a walk-in client. That means that when a customer has a set appointment they will be kept waiting often. (I guess this is good for the walk-in people, though), They also under-estimate how long the wait is. The wait, howevever, is not boring since one could shop at Walmart while waiting but be careful not to miss your turn.
