Tbaytel Residential and Business

Tbay tel charges way to much for bad service. They have had the same bug in their pay as you go for 2 years. They only let you pay your bill in ten dollar incriments for no reason. I canceled my service and they took five dollars. I called to unlock my phone yesterday and they still havent ddone it 24 hours later. Awful service go to Matt carr to get a plan of half the price with three times the data. 40 dollars for 5g of data and unlimited text.

I've always been impressed with the customer service at TbayTel. But my three year contract ran out this month and I called to negotiate a new plan/ phone and they wouldn't do a single thing to keep me as a customer. I'd like to stay but now that their plans are basically the same as the big guys and they have "absolutely no wiggle room on any of their prices" it doesn't make sense anymore to be with the little guy. Time to shop around.
