I have been a customer since 2013. Dropped by at 1:15am Nov 22 2020 for an oil change. Man at the counter said mechanic is busy and it will be about an hour. I said ok, I will come back in an hour. Came back in an hour. Told mechanic is now busy working on another car. I have never seen the man who was at the counter before this night. Benotos, you bear the responsibility for the people hired. You have lost me as a customer. How many more customers are you going to lose because of him?

Very convenient for me that it's open 24/7. It's much easier for me in late evening with my busy schedule. I met DJ who works the night shift years ago. DJ has a great attitude and always eager to help me. It's because of DJ that I started to go there only during his shifts. I can rely on him to do my oil and tire changes. I've also met Carlos and that is very experienced. My advice is drop by during late evening when it's not so busy and experience for yourself.

Unprofessional and very pricey. I came back twice and the problem still on. if you do not want throw out your money don't go to this place.

STAY AWAY!!! MR. BENTO and his mechnics are DISHONEST & UNPROFESSIONAL & CARELESS. DON'T TRUST Mr. BENTO! We came in for an oil change and when we got back our car, our tail light was smashed. They denied everything that happened. The mechanics said they have over 20 camera inside and outside the store. but only 4 cameras are currently taping and they couldn't show us. In the end Mr. Bento had just ignored us and told us to call our insurance company. I just wanted to get this out there so tha
