WORST SHOE REPAIR STORE EVER!!!!!
This is the worst shoe repair shop I ever been in. I paid $45 to fix a pair of heels for a pair of my flats which is ridiculous expensive but the store is so close to my place so I didn't mind paying the extra bucks. When I picked it up in 2 weeks, I saw him going through his cabinet for 5 minutes, digging up this white dirty plastic bag where my 700 dollar YLS suede flats were placed in. The shape of my flat is no longer in its original form, the suede is all messed up. The guy argued that he can't store every shoe like it's on display, and did not apologize , and still insist me paying the full amount otherwise not giving back my shoes. I can't believe that I was forced to spend 50 bucks for someone to ruin my 700 dollar flats. This is the first time ever I saw a person own a shoe repair store doesn't know how to store shoes!!! NEVER GO THIS SHOE REPAIR!!!!!!
