Consulate General Of Jamaica

This is the worst service existing in Canada right now. I have never seen a lazier staff in all my years or working among customer oriented fields. I came here to renew a passport and right now I don’t feel like I even want it. As in Jamaica, don’t come here if you don’t want to spend the entire day with these terrible selfish people. Also it’s 20 Canadian dollars for 2 pictures lol. This place is ridiculous! Such a waste of time. Never coming back here!

some of the staff need training not professional they don't know how to deal with their own people. you went to ask a question the sit you down like some little puppy they are trying to train.Let treat individuals equally to better our own culture

Go there only if you have no other choice. No display of the customary Jamaican hospitality and employees seem to take great pleasure in frustrating Jamaicans anyway they can.
