I took my watch to place at 543 Danforth to have a new battery because Danforth Jewellers wasn't open yet. He couldn't get the battery in and was picking at it with various metal tools, which butchered my watch terribly. I should have taken it to Jim first because I've always had great service there. "When you repeat a mistake, it is not a mistake anymore...it is a decision" I'll never make that mistake again. Danforth Jewellers are the only place I would go in the future...they're great

Jim is an excellent and honest businessman. He does great work, really cares about customer service, and is kind and helpful. Buy your jewellery from an independent store that really cares about you as a customer. Do yourself a favour and go here. I send everyone I know.
