    I went in to get my bangs trimmed, I was with 2 kids so didn't even ask the price (my fault!) thinking majority of hair salons don't charge at all and if they do it' like $10. I even picked up expensive shampoo to buy - to my surprise they charged me an outrages $20 fee for a bang trim!!!! In all those years I have NEVER paid more than $10 for that! I really LOVED the stylist but how can I come back to a place that charges you $20 for a bang trim (90 sec job) :(

    I am a longtime client of Donna's at Folino's. Yesterday, I went to her to get partial highlights done. We went a few shades lighter than usual. I am extremely pleased with the result. Donna did a good job with my highlights, hiding pesky grays. Not only that, but she also flipped my hair while blow-drying it with the blow-dryer. She added a bit of Moroccan oil for shine. I felt like a million dollars leaving the salon. Donna is a godsend.

    If you want a great haircut, go to Vlad! !! Spent an hour cutting my hair and he styled it great as well. I love my hair now.

    This is the WORST...

    This is the WORST SALON!!! The receptionists don't know what's going on and booked us on a day the stylist I asked for wasn't even in, then when I asked to speak to the owner (after she left me sitting there for 20min with no stylist and not bothering to check in with me) she said the owner would be in soon. I asked her to have him call me and low and behold she didn't have his schedule right either! When I did finally reach the owner he was RUDE AND HORRIBLE to me on the phone and continued to yell for 5 min on the phone AT ME - a customer!!!! I hung up on him and will never return! WORST PLACE EVER - go somewhere where they are respectful!

    They had Joe cut ...

    They had Joe cut my hair, he was suppose to be a senior hairdresser. He started by lacking in any customer service skills. I said I wanted it cleaned up, mostly in the back and not to cut the top to much. He said he was going to take an inch off everywhere. I thought ok, can't mess up that much. Well he managed to take an inch off everywhere but the top, it will now be 3+ months before I can push my hair back again and I also had to take scissors to the spots he missed. Definitely not work $35!

    Alex saved my hai...

    Alex saved my hair! Chopped off my hair the day before at a cheap haircut place to donate to charity. They did a terrible job there. Went to Folino the next day and Alex took a tragedy and made a masterpiece. Will definitely be going back!

    I don't usually w...

    I don't usually write reviews but this one needs a review. The worst salon I have ever been to. Made an appointment to get curls done. I was told they would charge between $40-50. I didn't even get the stylist I was told I was going to get and by the end of it, I was charged $75. Very unprofessional and rude service I have ever received.

    Disrespectful Manager at the location

    Recieved an unsuccessful hair dye job from a stylist which I have been seeing for over 5 years who came from a different salon to work at Folino. The stylists name wont be mentioned because she has done great work in the past, this was something new she had not done previously on my hair. However the way the Manager dealt with the nature of the issue was in a very unprofessional manner. He had not introduced himself, he interupted the conversation between me and the stylist by asking "WHAT DO YOU WANT". He refused to even look at my hair to see the issue, he refused to offer any solutons and when I asked for a refund for the full amount he was reluctant throwing around arbitrary numbers. Lastly he stepped out of the salon in the middle of the discussion.
