Ak Diagnostic Imaging

I found lack of courtesy from the personnel at the blood test and on the front desk. The processing of the reports was missing and a week after my doctor secretary asked for it the report was sent?. This week my spouse was yelled and not given instructions. I hope that the staff is aware that sick individuals need to be given instructions in a polite manner as people require the health services. Hope management will read this comment. (Location 1223 St Clair Ave west)
